Food is beyond health and nutrition. To me, food is experience, culture, growth, sustainability, medicine, comfort and memories. Whether we like it or not, food makes up a significant portion of the human experience. I hope to encompass these aspects into my storytelling in a way that makes it easy to approach. I understand that it might be intimidating, especially when there are new food trends emerging all the time. We get confused about how to enjoy it and how to make sure we are eating right. The way I see it, as long as consuming a specific food item makes you feel good in your body, that should be enough. But it takes time to recognize the good vs the bad. I hope that my stories will allow you to ponder over what makes you feel good and recognize signs that certain foods may not serve you, in order to create your own version of a diet that makes you feel fulfilled daily!
